RETURN POLICY



Returns:

Our return policy lasts for 10 business days from the moment the package is received. After these 10 business days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs when an item is returned. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, they must be returned with the original packaging. Items purchased through promotions or discount codes are final sale and non-refundable. We only accept returns of items purchased through our website.

Purchases made at an authorized wholesaler can consult the store's policy. Returns and exchanges must be made through the store of purchase.


To process a return or exchange please contact us at wgcrteam@gmail.com with the following information:

Full name and phone number

· Reason for return/exchange

· Photo of the item(s)

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Once the item has been accepted for return, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping address information. Please note that Wen González is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and all the money will be processed through the means that you indicate, either Sinpe Movil or Bank Transfer.
