Returns:

Our return policy lasts for 10 business days from the moment the package is received. After these 10 business days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs when an item is returned. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, they must be returned with the original packaging. Items purchased through promotions or discount codes are final sale and non-refundable. We only accept returns of items purchased through our website.

Purchases made at an authorized wholesaler can consult the store's policy. Returns and exchanges must be made through the store of purchase.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Once the item has been accepted for return, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping address information. Please note that Wen González is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and all the money will be processed through the means that you indicate, either Sinpe Movil or Bank Transfer.

• Maintain the shine of your jewelry by avoiding contact with beauty products such as perfumes, lotions, makeup, hair and cleaning products. Be sure to wait for them to dry before using Wen González accessories.
• Always remove jewelry when performing tasks that may cause bodily harm, ie swimming, bathing, exercising, and cleaning.
• Please note that each piece is handmade and requires delicate handling.
• Store it in a dry place using the case in which you received your Wen González pieces as a safe haven for them. Be sure to store them separately to avoid tangling.
• Clean and polish your pieces with the Wen González case/bag or with a jewelry polishing cloth.
